Fully servo driven high quality lipstick filling and assembly machine with 180 interchangeable moulds (made to customer’s specification) carried in a rotary table for any hot poured cosmetic sticks (lip sticks, lip balm sticks, make-up sticks).
The moulds are heated / cooled by temperaturecontrolled water circulation systems.

Our MM180 lipstick filling machine could also be equipped with our new flexible assembly line FAL60, labelling machine, cartoner, sleever. The main advantages of this brand new FAL60 module are its flexibility, modularity, and quick format change. This assembly line can also be used on hot filling and bottle filling machines.
